Hi, my name is Carla, and I am the founder of the website Glam Lady Carla. I absolutely love all things that are girly and glam! My passions are consistently educating myself and following trends in beauty, creating timeless makeup looks, perfecting my skin care regimen, improving my health, and enhancing wellness in my life. I gravitate towards an elegant and classic flair in my style.
I started this blog because I wanted to share my knowledge, life experiences, and secrets regarding my favorite interests… beauty, skin care, health & wellness, style, and home décor.
My work experience has always had a creative edge. Right out of college I went to work in the music industry for a major record label in the sales department. That was great fun, but I soon moved on to working for a national television production company and syndicator of television programming as a commercial scheduler. After a few years, I found my true calling and was recruited into the fabulously exciting haute couture world of the fashion business, proudly working for two of the worlds most celebrated and luxurious fashion houses.
However, I, myself, have a creative side as well. I enjoy sharing my advice and techniques with anyone who stops and asks me about my look whether I’m out shopping, dining with friends or family, or simply running around town doing daily errands. If asked, I can’t help but divulge all my beauty and lifestyle tips. I was inspired to start my website mostly because I am constantly approached about my skin care regimen, my opinions on certain beauty products, how I created a beautiful makeup look, how I prepared a delicious meal I posted on social media, or my thoughts on personal style and home décor. Now I have a place I can share all that fabulous information I have acquired, as well as learn new things from all of you!
I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experiences with others who want to know how to look great, and live a fabulous life at any age. I love empowering ladies and strongly encourage all ladies to realize their potential, be their best selves, and continually strive to live their best lives!
