Recipe
- Dice 2-3 cups of vine ripened tomatoes
- Julienne 1 cup of fresh Basil
- Add both ingredients into mixing bowl
- Finally chop 2 cloves of garlic & 1 shallot
- Lightly drizzle with your favorite extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
